The cabins at Grayton Beach State Park are a well kept secret along 30A. As many of you know, it can be quite expensive to stay on 30A, but if you are looking for a budget vacation, the cabins are something you should look into. The accommodations are basic, but are clean and roomy. Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a screened porch on the back of each unit. If you are looking for a quite vacation along 30A, the cabins are a good choice. The community is gated, and you must have a code to enter. The cabins have NO phone or cable television, BUT you do have acres of pristine coastal forests to walk through and a private beach for your use.
If you or a family member are disabled, there are ADA cabins available, and at the private beach, there is one of the most impressive wheel chair ramps that I have ever seen. It goes up and over the 30 foot high sand dunes and gives anyone access to the beach. See the photos below.
So if you are looking for a budget-minded vacation along the Emerald Coast, consider staying at the cabins at Grayton Beach State Park, right on Route 30 A.
